Northern Truck Fest is a rain or shine event.

The event will proceed in most weather conditions, including rain. Many activities, vendors, and exhibits can continue safely during inclement weather. Please come prepared for changing weather conditions.

Severe Weather

In the event of severe weather that poses a safety risk to attendees, participants, or staff (including lightning, high winds, or other hazardous conditions), event organizers may temporarily pause or modify certain activities until it is safe to resume.

Refund Policy

All ticket sales, registrations, and vendor fees are final and non-refundable.

Refunds will not be issued due to:

• Rain or inclement weather

• Schedule adjustments

• Participant no-shows

• Personal circumstances

If the event is cancelled in its entirety due to extreme circumstances beyond the organizers’ control, ticket holders will be notified regarding available options, which may include rescheduling, credit toward a future event, or partial refunds at the discretion of the organizers.

Assumption of Risk

By purchasing a ticket or registering for the event, attendees acknowledge and accept that Northern Truck Fest is an outdoor event and weather conditions may impact certain activities.
