Vendor Booth Registration

Welcome to Northern Truck Fest 2026, we’re stoked you want to join the event as a vendor!

The following booth packages are available:

Small Booth Package:

• 25 × 25ft spot

• Includes 1 booth vehicle spot (automatic entry into gold show & shine)

• Includes (2) weekend event access wristbands

Medium Booth Package:

• 25 × 35ft spot

• Includes (2) booth vehicle spots (automatic entry into gold show & shine)

• Includes (4) weekend event access wristbands

Large Booth Package:

• 25 × 50ft spot

• Includes (4) booth vehicle spots (automatic entry into gold show & shine)

• Includes (8) weekend event access wristbands

Please note:

• Please plan accordingly & bring everything required for your booth.

• Gates will be open Thursday July 16th & Friday July 17th for vendor set up.

• Vendors will have option of pit spot (small & medium booths only) or grass spots

• Passes & wristbands will be available for pickup at the gate upon vendor arrival. Vendor packages will include:

  • Booth vehicle gold show & shine passes

  • Booth vehicle judging form

  • Wristbands

  • Info package

• After registering your booth, please reach out to the NTF Team with a list of vehicle(s) that will be in your booth so gate staff can direct accordingly. This is to ensure fluid load in & preparation if booth vehicles will be arriving a different time than vendor.

• This is a drama-free event. We will try our best but may be unable to accommodate individual booth placement requests based on prior conflicts between businesses.

• Alcohol is not permitted at individual booths under any circumstances. All alcoholic beverages must be purchased, consumed, and remain within the designated beer garden areas in accordance with event policies and local regulations.
